Operating hours?
7 days a week. Outside of regular trading hours, weekends, public holidays or the usual 8-5pm.
Will we receive the same cleaners each week?
Yes, we are extremely committed to ensuring you receive the same cleaners with every clean.
How long will my clean take?
This can vary significantly depending the total scale of your property or commercial premise. We offer face to face consultation which is often the best way to quickly establish a scope of work and quote.
Do you clean outside of the Western Suburbs?
Yes, we certainly do! Although majority of our clients fall with in the Western Suburbs of Perth, we have the capability to travel a service the wider Perth Metro region.
Do you clean ovens?
Yes, we have the ability to conduct a variety of specialised cleaning services, including ovens. This often requires an additional scope and quote, so please if you require this service as part of your next clean.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For residential cleaning, it’s entirely up to you! Some clients prefer to be home, while others opt to leave us to clean while they’re out. For commercial or office cleaning, we typically clean outside of business hours (after-hours, weekends, and public holidays) to minimise disruption to your operations, so you don’t need to be present during the service.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Yes! All of our cleaners are fully insured, background-checked, maintain a National Police Certificate (NPC) and professionally trained to ensure a safe and reliable service. We prioritise trust and security, which is why we ensure all our staff are thoroughly vetted before they are sent to your property.
